great house for rent

Hello! I am a 28-yr-old who is looking for a studio/1 bedroom apartment in Berkeley. I am hoping to move in late November and would be staying long-term.

I was in a PhD program at UC Berkeley and work in the life sciences/biotech industry. I am considerate, quiet, and responsible. I have excellent credit, always pay my bills on time (even ahead of time), and have references.

I am looking for a place that MUST have the following:

Located in a SAFE and quiet neighborhood

At most a mile away from BART (since the Bay Bridge is less than dependable these days)

Parking on-site or plenty of street parking available

Laundry on-site or nearby

Clean

I do have some furnishings such as a bed, dresser, desk, and TV so either unfurnished or partially furnished is preferred. Of course utilities being included in the rent price would be great.
