Enjoy our recently built 3300sf home walking distance to downtown Willow Glen while we get a taste of the farm life. Willing to milk a cow or 2 if they can wait until 9 or 10 on the weekends! A horse or pony is a must (even if just to feed and pet). The closer to San Jose the better (Gilroy, Morgan Hill?) Will travel farther for the right trade. We are a family of 5 (kids 5,15,18) content with a much smaller home with a little more land. We can bring our dog and hypo-alergenic cat if you prefer time away from "feeding the animals"! We live on a fantastic tree lined street and our kids LOVE walking to the park or downtown to Pizza my Heart, Powell's Candy Shoppe, Frozen Yogart and more.
